This blog is going to be about human noise and intellectual thrash. I might preach to the choir quite a bit, but I don’t see how that can hurt.
You can expect to see (although it shouldn’t be too hard to avoid) posts about religion, philosophy, science, art, digressions +/-.
What do I consider human noise?
I don’t want to sound one-sided, but in short: most religious ideas. Especially harmful and condescending ones. I can say right away that I don’t hate religion. I just have some issues with it. Many people have the idea that things like ethics or love are religious matters. And that’s noise to my ears.
I might not be able to shut the noise up, but I can try to drown it out with (dare I say?) the more reasonable, godless noise of my own. May the choir be with me. Amen.
